Justine Giuffra is an independent social worker with twenty years’ experience working in Children’s Social Care and CAMHS. Justine has previously facilitated Kim Golding’s Nurturing Attachments groups as part of the CAMHS team for Looked After Children in Manchester, and has experience in this role of advocating for children and their families with other professionals where specialist knowledge is limited.
Lisa Williams is the adoptive parent of a teenage boy with complex needs stemming from early trauma and who has been out of school since the age of ten. She has a decade’s experience of navigating systems in education, health and social care, and was the first parent to get match-funded specialist therapeutic input from Manchester Children’s Services and the Adoption Support Fund. Lisa has undertaken professional training in fields related to developmental trauma and special educational needs and disability.
